Data Analyst
Job Description:
- Develop solutions using Data Analysis tools primarily, but not limited to Splunk and Power BI.
- Create dashboard and reports to capture the information/data required for analysis and generate reports for clients to gain insights on their obligations business and operation performance.
- Determine dashboard functions to be developed based on client’s business needs and objectives.
- Conduct trouble shooting to resolve issues faced with the Splunk and Power BI Software.
- Working with clients and partner to develop algorithms to generate insight.
- Working with mobile team to transfer insight into business value.
- Knowledge to incorporate AI in developing algorithms, analysis, and insights.
- Develop data governance to the development and support team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ Higher Diploma in Information Technology or Business Information systems.
- A minimum of 2-4 years working experience in a similar support role.
- A solid foundation and understanding of the relevant IT industry.
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to work in a high-pressure environment, customer oriented, and a team player with good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative.
- Result focused and able to work with little supervision.
- Able to be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Conduct application testing, support client application testing, and collect and summarize test data.
